After a directed search with another physician colleague interested in gaining long-term passive income to create freedom from the “grind” of practicing medicine while creating generational wealth for our families, we found the Multifamily Partner Program. We were immediately impressed by the real-world experience, active multifamily portfolio, and creative business plan of the team leading this program.
This was the true experiential learning we had been seeking.
Incorporating assets the team is currently operating into the education was invaluable to see issues discussed and solved in real time. They have an excellent business model, but encourage students to develop their own model and are helpful in always providing great feedback based on experience of what has worked for them. This is truly a life changing education that stands far above any other multifamily education program we came across.
Since we started the program, we’ve stayed true to our experiential learning style. The last 18 months have been extremely busy acquiring over 600 heavy value add units, a few triple net lease deals, and we’re about to close on our first boutique hotel. We implemented a capital improvement campaign on the multifamily assets and were able to stabilize then decrease expenses and drive revenues, and today are seeing great returns.
The program team has been an invaluable partner through this process by helping to gather information specific to our area, happily facilitating introductions and letting us leverage their contacts and always making their cumulative knowledge available to us through email, calls and online resources. Most importantly, the Multifamily Partner Program gave us the ability, knowledge, and tools to accelerate our ability to navigate this asset class with confidence and focus.
Our business model has similarities and differences to 37th Parallel, but that is a testament to how ubiquitous the principles learned and experience gained in the Multifamily Partner Program is. They have demystified an asset class and empowered graduates to be successful. I consider enrolling one of the best decisions I have made in my professional career.
